The bitter child custody battle between Britney Spears and ex-hubby Kevin 
Federline is heating up. On Sunday, K-Fed's lawyer served papers to Britney's assistant/party pal Alli Sims. Sims will have to testify in court about Britney's lifestyle and her parenting skills. Last week K-Fed filed for primary custody of the couple’s two sons. The would-be rapper is worried about Britney's recent erratic behaviour and her negative influence on their kids.
